Job Folder
 

In your School to Work folder you are required to construct a Job Folder using the A4 size plastic sleeves. 

The Job Folder should contain the following:

    • Cover sheet
    • Index
    • Copy of Birth Certificate or page of passport to prove date of birth
    • Personal details sheet and/or a personal resume
    • Photocopies of recent school reports (cut, paste and mount two per page, back to back)
    • List of activities participated in school eg sport, choir, band, debating, clubs, charity work,etc
    • List of activities and interest outside school
    • Character Reference I (if you are not leaving school this year just put a sheet in your folder "Place for Character Reference I)
    • Character Reference II
    • Work Experience Report (again, if not available, "Place for Work Experience Report")
    • School Certificate (You will need a few pages)
    • "Place for HSC"
    • "Place for UAI"
    • Copies of notable achievement certificates
    • Photographs of craft jobs completed or examples of art work and/or technical drawings
    • Other information you think might be useful for a prospective employer.

All sheets should be A4 size, neatly typed and well presented.
