The canteen at Epping Boys High School is operated by the Epping Boys High School P&C Association.  Whilst it employs a canteen supervisor and an assistant, it relies heavily on parent volunteers to keep prices at a minimum and operate profitably.  The Canteen requires at least two volunteers per day to assist the canteen staff.  If you are able to help on a once per month basis please contact the school.  Profits from the canteen contribute significantly to the P&C Association's funding of school projects, resources and facilities.

Epping Boys High School canteen meets the requirements of the NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy, with foods deemed unhealthy phased out in 2004.  All products purchased meet the NSW Canteen Association guidelines in terms of quantity of saturated fats, added sugar or salt.  Many items sold are freshly prepared in the canteen rather than purchase all pre-packaged items.

The canteen is open each day before school from 8.30 am for breakfast, and at first and second recess (drinks only) and lunch.
