In Year 9 Epping Boys' High School publishes a Subject Information Book, as well as a Subject Selection Book.   The Subject Selection Book contains detailed information on the courses offered at Epping Boys' High School.  It is distributed to Year 8 students prior to choosing courses to study in Year 9.  The Year 9 Subject Information Book contains an overview of the topics taught, assessment tasks and expected outcomes for each course.

In Year 10 Epping Boys' High School publishes a School Certificate Assessment Book.  It contains information on core subjects and electives.  As well, important requirements for the School Certificate and information on preparing for the examinations are clearly outlined.
