Excursions are an integral part of the learning experiences of the Social Sciences Faculty. A sample of the excursions undertaken each year is:

| As well as these excursions, there will be several guest lecturers and visitors such as Trent Driving School, visiting the school to speak to the Year 10 Commerce classes about safe driving. Periodically, other guest lecturers are invited as the situation demands. |
