There will be a balance between assessment of:

• knowledge and understanding outcomes and course content
• skills outcomes and content

NB:  One task may be used to assess several components of the course.  It should be noted by the student that all practical work set in this subject must be completed and marked to a satisfactory level and marked as such.  Unsatisfactory work must be resubmitted.  However, the initial mark will remain the one used for assessment.
