2004 Performance of Double Double at the Sydney North Drama Festival reviewed by The Northern District Times:
Epping Boys' High School drama students are making a name for themselves.
After an impressive performance at the Sydney North Drama Festival, 18 students aged 14 and 15 were invited to perform at the NSW State Drama Festival, in which they staged their own interpretation of a Shakespeare play.
Paul Viles, Drama Coordinator of the Arts Unit and director of the State Festival, praised the drama piece. He described the piece as a "fresh vision of text with a theatrical, dynamic, innovative use of props and strong use of space with a large ensemble. The skills speak for themselves, brilliant focus by the boys. Overall, a strong piece. I just love it."

2004 Performance of Double Double at the NSW Public Schools Sate Drama Festival reviewed by Education: Journal of the NSW Teachers Federation (November 22, 2004 edition):
Double Double from Epping Boys' High School was my favourite. In this piece the witches played in an area strewn with paper in which the elements took over. The director exploited the physicality of the young men, all of whom performed superbly and the use of a shopping trolley was nothing short of brilliant. |
